With the strong increase in the number of women in leadership positions and directly involved in agribusiness, debating the female presence helps to create even more effective paths and strengthen the cause in companies and in the field.
Keeping an eye on this important current issue, AgroVelper invited three female agricultural leaders for an interesting chat during Agrishow 2023.
At the AgroVelper stand, which welcomed hundreds of producers during the five days of events, the 3 guests commented how good it has been to see more and more women involved in agriculture and related areas.
Mirian Xavier, author, speaker and sales trainer in agribusiness highlighted the importance of women focusing on training and strengthening themselves to do brilliant work and continue gaining ground.
Cintia Souza, who is AgroVelper’s commercial manager, highlighted that almost 100% of her team is made up of women and this has led to excellent results.
Ana Paiva, market development coordinator at Braskem, cited important examples of female presence in the field and was proud to say that 100% of her agro development team at Braskem is made up of women.
